Man. I dunno about this job.

I know I need the money to flow. I know it actually is better than my previous job.

It is a bit of a hair puller though. So much shit to juggle...Today I dropped a lot of things. With one hour to go, there were a shitload of jobs left to do.

Also, the store manager mentioned today that he's glad I'm there. (I'm one of two people who know Photoshop and Illustrator etc...) BUT RIGHT after, he adds that he'd be sorry for the day I leave for another job...

I've only been there a week and a half...and he's talking to me like I've been there for YEARS and am itching to leave. It seems a peculiar thing to say.

Was pulling the guilt thing? Like, I wonder if this is a "manager's tactic" to keep employees there or something?

Or did he want to trick me into saying "Oh no! I'm not going ANYWHERE anytime soon! I'm working for TEAM KINKO'S for good! Put 'er there, Cheif!"

He was angling for something. Or maybe I'm just paranoid. I still get this weird vibe from him. Can't really put my finger on it.

Any retail peoples out there hear of this? I seek answers...guidance...rumors...whatever...

I think SG needs a "retail" group. Come on SG! Pip thinks so! So do many!
