Graphic Design Geek Woes...

OK, so I've been practicing using Illustrator 10 the last few days, working on a

SpEcIaL pRoJeCt! (which all will see soon)

Anyway, I was digging it for a while..until I started trying to use some time saving tricks with the Pathfinder.

Now, in Illustrator 9, at least, they were timesaving tricks.

With 10... It took me 45 minutes of work to figure out what the fuck was going on with the damn paths...Pathfinder was seriously fucking with me.

THEN, from out of nowhere, All the GREY shapes I had were turning CMYK!

And some CMYK shapes were swithcing to RGB mode without me approval!

WHAT IS UP WITH THIS DAMN PROGRAM???

Anyone out there know what they changed when Illustrator went from 9 to 10?

I'm baffled.
