Ever have one of those days where nearly everything goes right?
The weather was perfect, so I went for a run! I ran 3 miles in the time I ran 2 last run, and added a quarter mile steep uphill cooldown walk to the end of it!
Then I came home and took a shower, and the temperature and pressure were perfect the entire time...
I did nick ... myself... shaving though haha
Ipod (yes, apple products are shit, I know) picked some awesome songs while I was running, and I didn't have to shuffle through something I wasn't keen on hearing once!
Going to go find me some health food for lunch and enjoy the rest of this day!

I do not own a real mp3 player, sadly! 
I just use an old cell phone that has a music player on it with a media card and add songs periodically when I get sick on the old ones. I hate Apple myself, but I would love at some point to have an Iphone, an Ipad, or even a crappy Ipod.
