I loves me some coffee.

P.S. For one of my master's assignments, I'm dissecting a book and figure out how it was made, what kinds of paper went into creating it, what kind of binding went into creating it, and what fonts were used to create it. Then, I'm reverse engineering it and figuring out how much it would cost to do a print run of, say, 10, 000 copies and what the "break even" point would be vs. how much the book costs. Then, I figure out if I could do it in a less expensive way without sacrificing quality.

Guess which one I'm looking at?

That's a cool project, and I certainly can't fault your subject selection. You should go trade stories with Midnyte; she's assembling a book for a school project, you're disassembling a book for a school project.

Also, I'm trying to recommend home coffee roasting to anyone who expresses an interest in the blessd beverage. The beans are fairly cheap compared to most "gourmet" coffees, and once you hit on the right roasting setup and crop to suit your taste you'll scorn people who settle for Folger's.
