Local sources say that the unmarked car drove through window of the diner at a speed that indicated that the driver intentionally wanted to maim the patrons. In addition, the only survivors were the cook, a resident above the diner, and one of the patrons. The patron, found lost and confused outside, kept repeating the phrase, "I wish that they would have warned me it was going to be this horrendous. If they did, I would have never come."
