I think one of the hardest things about any sort of responsibility is how to handle those things that are out of your control. I think of it sometimes as how people read you. You put things out into the world, like an author, and you can only shape those things that you have immediate control over. Once it is out there, it can be read in anyway possible, sometimes the opposite of what you'd intended.
