To whom it may concern,

I am writing in regards to the initiation of a boycott due to the hypocrisy of your associates for firing an employee 3 days before Christmas, or a holiday for those of you that have lost the belief in Christmas. This is extremely poor for employee relations and simply unbelievable for some one to loose their job for doing exactly what the management told them to do. If it was a boycott they feared from the unsatisfied customer well I am sorry but the boss should have stood up and taken the blame for their actions, then empathized with the customer and then solved the problem as any good customer service rep would have done. Thankfully this former employee has a very strong network of friends and associates that he may go to for assistance during this unfortunate holiday season.
