Jail:
I received a DUI in September
I wanted to fight it..with a .09 BAT & I was wrongfully pulled over
My dad dead in November so I decided to suck it up & take responsibility for my actions & not waste my time money & energy desperately trying to avoid the consequences
After 16 hours of alcohol conseling, a 2 hour MADD class & beginning to pay off my 2000 dollars in fines (not to mention my insurance rates going skyhigh & having my liscence suspended for 3 months)...we come to Monday morning 8am..

I began my 24 hours in jail...complete with red county issued jump suit & jail shoes...

it was awful

I am a criminal with a criminal record

i was strip searched

I did a lot of cleaning & I read a whole book
I was in a dorm room with 50 other inmates (there was no DUI wing like I had been told)

some girls were scary & some were nice
but I did not cry, even when the guards yelled at me

the food was horendous

it was jail & it was like the movies
