So...I actually lied when I said I lost a pound yesterday. I don't know why I said that..because I really lost 3 pounds! And I lost another pound today! Saturday I started at 149.5, today I'm 145.5. THATS 4 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS?! I'm so happy for myself.
I'll be skinny before you know it! I went to the gym today for the first time in monnnnnnths. They're under new management apparently and so I start off on the elliptical and this tall skinny black guy walks over (mind you, it's a girls gym and theres usually only girls working there). So he walks over and starts asking me questions, I take out my headphones. He's all asking me about if I've ever had a personal trainer and blah blah. So he elects himself to be my personal trainer and starts training away. All telling me to do the elliptical backwards and on one foot and no hands and all this shit. I don't know if you all know what an elliptical looks like but, one foot and backwards and no hands is pretty fucking hard plus you look stupid. Anyway so he's like "you won't need that thing you're holding on to when I'm here! (which is my ipod) so i throw it on the ground. I only worked out for 20 minutes and then hes like ok get off we're going to go stretch! So we stretched and then he's like ok it's time for your real workout! I'm like oh.. I gotta go I've got somewhere to be..
Haha so I came home. I had only planned on working out a half hour anyway. But at first I'm like get this fucking guy away from me. But the more he talked the more I realized...wow I really do need a personal trainer. I wouldn't work out that hard by myself. Plus its included in my membership so it's not like I'm paying extra for it.
Anyway I was in a shit mood last night on my way home from work, not sure why. I've been getting depressed randomly lately. But now I'm happy!!! Hooray for me!
