This is my favorite saying. No matter how hard today was for you, you can not grow or progress if you hold onto it tomorrow. Don't hold anything in, release it. You have no idea what opportunities will arise, keep an open mind, and maybe just maybe, tomorrow might be exactly what you were looking for.
