I have KING OF KINGS on tv right now(on TCM). I joined it in time to hear the SERMON ON THE MOUNT. That is one of the most beautiful, inspiring things ever written. And whoever wrote it was truly inspired - by some one or thing. There was a show on tv once about - who wrote the bible that I didn't watch. I have been told that THE GOSPEL was repeated and passed from one person to another by word of mouth. But you know how things get mangled and distorted that way.
Any way THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT is one of the most beautful - and true -
things ever. If not also so difficult to emulate and put into personal practice.
I still get very emotional everytime I hear it.
Any way I just thought I'd share this with you peeps - peep! peep!

Freddy sent me to Mesquite for my birthday, massage and hotel room, then my girlfriends that went with me, got me a facial and manicure. Mesquite is about and hour drive east of Vegas. It's like a mini Vegas just inside the state line, but they have fantastic spas there that are priced very reasonably, so it's worth the drive rather than try to go to one of the spas here in town. wink

As for expressing opinions, I think it's your right, as it's your journal. You didn't say to anyone "Don't do this" You stated your opinion and that's your right. It really should be anyway.
I read things on this site that bother me all the time, and they keep making changes to the site that I don't agree with but we're apparently not allowed to say too much about it. frown
It's one of those "we're the bosses, so we can do what we want" and "certain people are friends of the bosses and can say what they want, but you can't. Unless you're a boss or a friend of the boss" type of thing.
Sorry, I went off a bit there.
