I know that we need rain but why can't it just pour through the night and be sunny and beautiful all through the daylight hours? 
It's my Friday today, I'm off work for the next 2 days, yay!!
Just heading off to my son's strings concert at the local university (he's 11 but they are performing there). He plays violin, and it's only his second concert, should be cool!!
UPDATE: Just got back from the concert and put my kids in bed.
The performance was really great! They had kids from grade 5 up to 12, and all of them were great but the high school kids were phenomenal! They did selections from Lord Of The Rings & Pirates Of The Caribbean, I was totally impressed! I was so proud watching my son, and it was obvious that he was proud of himself as well, he is such a cutey!!

as for that rain its here now.. woke me up even..
Os Mutantes were a psychedelic rock band from Brazil. Kinda experimental....I think you would LOVE them. Seriously...you and I both seem to have a great love and a thirst for music. I would recoommend the album "A Divina Comedia Ou Ando Meio Desligado."
My fridge won't be here til next week because they gave it to someone else.
