Hi friends! My apartment building got hit by lightning and burned down yesterday! 
My brother and I are trying to get back on our feet. We've set up a recovery paypal account and we'll take anything that anyone wants to donate. If you have clothes or furniture or anything you'd like to send us, you can private msg me and I'll give you an address once we figure out where we can go.
We're not sure whether or not we have an apartment anymore. 24 people lost their homes and there aren't enough empty apartments to put everyone in. We might have a home after Monday (we're in a hotel on the rental company's dime until then) but we might not.
So far, everyone has been so helpful, especially the police and fire department and the Red Cross. We're so appreciative of anything that anyone can do. Thank you!
