actually, i need to update my journal too, 'cause today's my 10th day of sobriety. it's becoming a little easier for me to not drink now that i've realized that nagging pain in my right side is liver-related. ho hum...
i hear a lot about escapism being a bad thing. but I'm wondering if there's anything anyone can do that isn't just a distraction.
