I lost a very good friend this week. It was completely unexpected and it hit me really hard. Here was a guy i was supposed to wrestle with yesterday, and he died three days before the show. Needless to say, i've spent half a week crying my eyes out.

Sad stuff behind the spoiler

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

May 24th, our good friend and fellow performer, George Bullock, who played the character Jive Nyce in Richmond Lucha passed away in a car accident. He was one of the best perfomers in wrestling and one of the best people in the world. He is one of the only people in world there is nothing bad to say about. Our hearts go out to his family and want to let them know, he will truly be missed. He was a great man, great performer, and greatest friend anyone could ask for. There is no one to replace him. On Saturday the 27th, the show was dedicated to him and his memory. Asses were be busted, faces were crushed. Because he wouldn't want it any other way.
We love you Jive. -James Long

That paragraph can't even begin to sum it all up. Jive was a great guy, he was supposed to do great things in life. I'm fortunate enough to be surrounded by amazing people, and Jive was a standout even among them.
My only regrets about our friendship are that i didn't get a chance to say goodbye, and that we never had that title match. I love you, Jive. We all love you.

On a more positive note, the show last night was great. Some clips are already up on YouTube, here's a few links.

If anything does happen with my man, you'd be the first to know. I'll always have a crush on you Mr. Horrorshow.
