I say it all the time, but motherfuckers need to be more straight. I'm getting spoken to with a forked tongue lately, and i'm not fond of it. It has made me more surly and hostile than i normally am. But i fixed all that tonight. My head is on straight, and i know what to do. I've got too much momentum right now to be slowed down by some bullshit. Get it straight : We're cool till you ain't. The same as it's ever been.
Outside of that, man, things are getting ready to be a blast. We've got a date booked in Raleigh in March, the potential for some motherfucking touring this summer or so, the trip to Afghanistan is still on the table, and we might go to C'ville to wrestle at some frat thing in January. Not to mention our next show, sometime in early Feb.
I've been getting into some new bands lately. Well, only two, really. Lucero and 3 Inches of Blood. It's pretty extreme differences, but both are awesome. I have Erin to thank for Lucero, and someone somewhere to thank for 3 Inches of Blood. Both are awesome, and i need to hear more of both.
As an update from my last entry: It has taken me less than 48 hours to realize what i'm doing with my personal life. This is related to my first paragraph.
