It's a busy time at the moment. I'm feeling good about this though 
Work is good, I'm putting more time and effort in and it's paying off. My boss said I'm doing well
The gym thing is great. I'm fitter than I thought I'd be after years of caining , partying and general malarky. I'm going every other day and doing about an hour and a half.
I'm off work for a couple of days, looking after Andrea coz she's broken hr leg
She came off hr horse last Wednesday but didn't realise her leg was broken until Friday 
Now she's got her leg strapped up and I'm looking after her. I think she quite enjoys seeing me struggle with shopping and house work.
I don't think it hurts too bad, but she get's frustrated at not being able to do anything. At least she can laugh at me trying to vacuum the house

Sorry to hear about Andrea's injury. However I am sure that learning to do housework will do you loads of good. ; )
I am away. (this is myfirst update using my phone!) I am thinking of seeing the peatbogs tommorrow. you so should be here. I am sure you would like it. The festival is at www.knockengorroch.org.uk they have another in september. if you deal with a dose of midges then you will find urself at a top festie. not sure why i am advertising them tho - they still owe many of us locals.
