do NOT put ointment of any kind on your nipples. they are to sensitive for that. crush up bayre asprin (make sure it is that kind...and i think i spelt it wrong) and make it into a thick paste. put it on your nipples near the holes and move your rings around so that the asprin gets in the holes. then bandage it over night. (oh yah, do it before bed! after a shower). take it of in the morn and wash clean. do for a couple days. if that dont work, be careful because your nipps might be regecting the metal (i peirce my right one twice before i gave up on it growing out). just watch after that. it worked for my right nip, and my bellybotton after an ex jized in it and it pussed brown shit! (YUCK!)
