An extremely cool person here on SG told me something really neat, so I thought I'd share it with you...
I was telling them about how it sucked that my ex couldn't see what a good person I am and how awesome I was to him. My buddy told me,"Well, maybe he just got nearsighted (or far-sighted?). He was too close and couldn't see the big picture. So in a way, you are like an impressionist painting."
What a cool thing to say. I totally heart this person. You know who you are!
Observations and questions for the day...
1) Late night happy hour at Dave and Buster's totally RULES!! Some of you have to hit that up with me one of these days...
2) Open mic night at the Gypsy Den is horrible!! Gypsy Den rocks but man these people suck ass...I'll give them props for going up in the first place, though. It takes balls to sit up there with an acoustic guitar...
3) I am still sick and I think I have to blame a certain hottie SG member for that! I didn't even get sick from something fun like making out...just being near a sick person! What the hell??
4) I applied for a cool job yesterday...I don't wanna say what it is for fear of jinxing it (although some of you already know). PLEASE LET ME GET IT!!
5) I figure since I'm not going to have sex for a long-ass while, I should invest in a vibrator of some sort. Yes...indeed. I will be hitting A Touch of Romance very soon.
6) I was told that I have "fucking awesome tits" by a girl I haven't seen since high school...she saw my naked boobies when we were changing at my house. That made me extremely happy to hear that.
7) ZARA money better get here like, NOW! I want my nipples pierced...dammit!
8) I want to fight, like everyone at the salon. Must.keep.my. P.M.A. (positive mental attitude).
9) I'm confused...I want to make out and be held and feel loved but then I'm not the kind of person who will hook up with someone just for the sake of hooking up. I have to really, really like them...grr...damn this heart of mine. But you know, I don't love them hos. I'm out the door.
10) I really, really miss my friend Carlos. He's in the band Scars of Tomorrow and they've been on tour for forever. He gets back in 12 days and I'm so excited. I have had a mild crush on him for about, oh, 5 years...it's one of those things that I just can't pursue, though. Him, my friend Vince and I have been best friends since high school...assuming he even liked me back, it would be strange. It's kind of like a permanent crush, which I had even when I was with Evan. Again, damn this heart of mine. It likes to make things complicated.
11) I SO have to see Napoleon Dynamite again, with the new ending and all.
12) TheraFlu was put on this earth for the express purpose of making me feel better whilst sick.
13) "Whilst" is a cool word.
14) I need a new profile pic. That one is too old...actually I need some new pictures, period...
15) Can someone who has experienced romantic love for a long time be satisfied with friendly love instead?? I don't know, but I hope you guys will help me find out.
I have the day off. I want to work out. And sleeping in will be nothing short of legendary (of course).
