Went and saw "The Village" tonight with my bro Vince. It was pretty fucking good. I knew the ending (I read it on AICN) but it was still cool. I was such a chick-I freaked out at the jump scenes and grabbed Vince's arm when the birdpigporcupineskeleton monsters came out. Fuck, those things were damn scary. And it had some hot guys in it- Adrien Brody, Michael Pitt and my boyfriend Joaquin Phoenix. Mmmm...was it wrong at Adrien's character was mentally disabled and I still found him hot??
Went to SGBurlesque last night and it was fucking LEGENDARY. I went pimptress-style with my boyz superjoint, cynicminded and Vince. I drove and we listened to HIM, Killswitch Engage and Motley Crue on the way down. It was fucking excellent. We cruised Hollywood Blvd. for a bit and we saw lots of crazy fucks. There was this awesome homeless dude in a wheelchair with a gigantic balloon penis that was running into the sidewalk and mumbling incoherently. That guy is officially my personal hero.
We met up with angel0diablo and she was insane. She bought me a vodka cranberry that made me a bit drunky-drunky (drinking when you've been up for 16 hours is never a good idea). She got drunk and wandered off and we didn't see her the rest of the night. For all I know, she's still in Hollywood.
Met Astasia and she is very pretty in real life...her pics don't do her justice. Super-nice...we are going to Clockwork Orange this month and it will be awesome. Everyone should come and dance the night away with me!
FEJ hooked us up with some SGOC buttons...I will wear it with pride... Speaking of SGOC, saw dtherave wandering about- he looked a bit intoxicated and had no shirt on. I yelled his name but he was too busy being drunk or something. Hahaha. You rule, Dave.
I met Aries and Skylar, and they were so cute. Aries is a tiny little thing, and Skylar has some gorgeous eyes.
Well, actually, they came up to us, once they saw their prey: superjoint. Hahahah. He was a goner and didn't know what hit him. I don't blame themhe is pretty crushworthy :sigh: Oh yeah, and I talked to Stormy in line waiting for some drinks- we were mad at some stupid guys who were trying to cut in front of us. Dumb fucks.
The show itself was awesome...I was definitely impressed. Reagan,Stormy and Shera did the HOTTEST routine to "Fuck the Pain Away" by Peaches...holy crap was it sexy. And I was insane over Sicily and Pearl's "Reservoir Dogs" homage...awesome movie. Superjoint, you totally suck for not having seen it. Get your ass to Hollywood Video, pronto. And Nixon is just too much gothic hotness...she is just too beautiful for words. Speaking of beautiful, RavenIsis's photoset doesn't do her justice. Her solo routine to the White Stripes "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself" was wayyyyyy better than Kate Moss' in the video. RavenIsis is just...perfect.
That show was the final factor in convincing me to apply to SG very soon. The girls looked like they were having so much fun...I was damn envious...I'd love to be a part of all that awesomeness...::crosses fingers::
And hell yeah, I'm in SGLA now! More awesome people to meet! I met the very cute Maxx after the show and he was awesome- offered to buy me a drink and gave me a hug after he saw my shirt that said "Love is Cruel". I didn't take him up on the drink because I was a dumbass and lost my cell (which some awesome guy found and gave back to me) and I was too busy spazzing out...God I love cute boys.
