so as many of you know i went home last week.

It was so cool to see all of you. Once I get this astral projection thing down maybe i'll come visit more.

I went to my first shamanism workshop this week, it was really interesting. The guy talking is Hank Wesselman. He is a anthropologist who "worshiped at the altar of science" until he started having visions in Africa. Pretty intense stuff. He was in dig teams with the guy who found "Lucy". His cred's are impressive. So anyway he just pretty much blew our minds with his stories. I am so excited about my 3 day workshop in September!

On anther note. I am crap at having days off here. I have the whole day off and I haven't even left my room. I really want to go see Howl's moving castle but that involves driving 5 miles down the road. Apparantly, that is too much effort. I guess doing laundry and cleaning my room is too much effort as well. Maybe I'll walk down to the lake.

Unfortunately I have to limit my words here so it must suffice to say that I am reaching towards some things that I have been resistant to. Those of you that love me would be proud.
