I'm in Vegas this weekend...
Okay, so I'm headed to Vegas this weekend June 16-18 for the CineVegas Film Festival. There's a lot of cool films to see, and here's a quick rundown of films/events worth checking out and you can find me there:
FRIDAY
Taylor Hackford Conversation and Screening of "Chuck Berry Hail! Hail! Rock and Roll!" - Taylor Hackford 2pm
Helen Mirren 6pm
"Beer League" - Artie Lange and gang 7pm (This one is going to be tough to get into as the first screening sold out fast and a second screening has been added at 9:30 PM.)
Party at Hard Rock Pool 9pm-midnight
Party at Rain nightclub in the Palms 10pm-1am
SATURDAY
Christina Ricci 4pm
Closing Night Film "Lies and Alibis"
Then I'll head to the party at Green Valley Ranch for Vegas Magazine and Christina Ricci 8pm-Midnight
Also, Dennis Hopper has been floating around the festival, and I plan to track him down and drink some Pabst Blue Ribbon!
