So i should probably write a blog about the tour before the memories get too foggy and i forget completely! The show in Indiana was an absolute blast to see, the girls looked to be having so much fun performing and dancing!
The worst part about the entire night was the fact i work 3rd shift...so i ended up getting about 3 hours of sleep before i had to get up to get to the show. That and when i woke up i wasn't feeling too well, which i quickly ignored and got ready to leave. When i got to the venue i had a few shots of whiskey to get a buzz started before i walked in!
As soon as i walked in the door i see Sunshine talking to the girls scanning tickets I smiled at her and got a smile in return, I continued in to find the bar and get a beer. After which i walked around a little bit to see if i could find a good place to stand. I didn't really want to stand right up front, but also wanted to be close enough to see! The balcony was already full which is unfortunate because it would have been perfect!
Soon after my little walk around i get a text letting me know my friends wouldn't be able to make it! More bad news on a night that was supposed to be a blast. So i finally found the perfect place to stand, and start looking around to find Bambu standing in the crowd! No one was really talking to her or anything, we made eye contact and smiled at each other.
After that the show went on! I swear i could listen to Katherine talk all day! The girls were all fantastic, Bambu, Maxxy, and Razzi kind of stole the show for me though! Especially Bambu! she was reckless up there on stage and was loving every second of it. The huge smile on her face the whole night was priceless! The music, dancing and shenanigans happening on stage was fantastic, the show went by quickly because of all of the fun...
The fun non show aspects were being continuously molested by the server working the tables near where i was standing, I told her "we should definitely keep meeting like this" at one point when the crowd moved and she got pressed up against me lol. She looked at me for a second trying to process what i had said then just nodded/shook her head and went back to working. Though the now even bigger smile than before when she would pass me let me know i had made her night!
My one regret from the night was going to the merch table and seeing Lolana...between doing her job and fielding stupid questions for a VIP guest(at which point she rolled her eyes, looked over towards me and gave me a look that said "save me!") and to which i very nearly offered to buy her a drink, I had noticed earlier the 4 cups sitting in front of her were all empty or very nearly empty. But unfortunately I still didn't feel very well, and i wasn't sure where starting to buy her drinks would lead. Not that it really should have mattered lol, I should have offered even if i was dying. Opportunity's like this don't come around very often...So not even making an attempt was stupid on my part. Live and learn though! all in all it was a great night, I had a blast, and will be going to the next tour when it happens again!
