10k with Sue, drove out to the old Larkfield 10k course and just ran.
too hot, too humid, too rolling... put it down to experience...

Anyway the order for the day was...

* wake up
* breakfast
* run
* vet
* demolition
* sweatshop sale
* dinner out
* sit out under the stars drinking wine?
