Today, i made my my first high production movie for my film school portfolio, it was awesome. Although, anything that could go wrong did go wrong, first off this was my 3rd reschedule for filming, the first reschedule was caused my "falling down" that left me immobile, and the second reschedule was the fault of my actress not confirming she would show up. I finally thought i'd found someone reliable but today ten minutes before we were scheduled to go, she sends me some message about her granny being hospitalized or somesuch. I am not insensitive but i percieve that was a load of shit, or at the very least something she coulda mentioned yesturday.
Lucky for best friends... I called in a favor from a close girlfriend, and she managed to show up two hours later and the shoot went on and it went smoothly after that.
