Back on the interwebs once more.. nothing too exciting to report: it was Phoenix's birthday, so I had Le Gateau craft her a two-tiered Chiffon Sponge cake soaked in Grand Marnier syrup with vanilla butter cream, with a rich chocolate cake on top, that's layered with creamy chocolate ganache... and decorated with fondant excellence!
