Working my arse off this week, all the days seem to bleed into one and all the wharves start to look the same when you start work at 1:30am. I've just been in a daze all week, I'm so tired and all I want to do is sit around and smoke up, so I am.
Guitar's in being fixed so that also adds to the boring malaize of my days currently, it's going to cost me a packet.
I'm looking forward to the 'hook-up' that always sounds slightly ominous to me, what exactly will we be...'hooking-up'? It'll be good to meet y'all except you Siara, I never want to see you again. You done me wrong. jus kiddin' homes.
So the wars getting pretty messy huh? Yep, freedom and democracy, peace and security for the Iraqi people. I never believed it for a second. Whose interests are being served by sending poor, working class people off to another country on the other side of the world, to kill people who are even poorer, the fortune 500 are making a fortune off this manufactured chaos.
If this is what it means to be civilized and live in an 'enlightened state' then fucking count me out man, I'm not buyin it. This shit just gets me really depressed, does anyone else react that way to?
I can't believe in life that we have to worry about things like nuclear weapons, stock market collapses, and botox injections. I think human beings are losing their humanity, and instead we are being measured and measuring others in economic terms first, while the very characteristics that make us human, compassion, love, humility, solidarity, empathy, anger, FEAR are exploited, commodified and sold back to us in a stereotyped, lifestyle in a box, sitcom, ear candy way. and it scares the shit out of me.
Anyway rant this, diatribe that, lets call the whole thing off.

The good news is we are doing it all again soon.
This time at the waterloo bay hotel bar and bistro they also have a great beer garden, dates will be posted on SGAU, hope to see you there.
