I am constantly inspired by my own lack of mental discipline. I can be walking down the street on a lovely day and a thought comes into my mind and I go off on an inner dialog that completely ruins my day. It is really amazing to see how my mind can make things very good or very bad. Sad to say my inner dialog mostly ruins things though....
