It's Monday, and I have a lot to do since I was procrastinating all weekend! 
oh well...
What is the limit that our consciousness can affect the world? Can the mere intention of helping someone actually have an effect? Isn't the act of putting on a bandage or giving someone medicine an act of consciousness just like praying for them or having the intention to heal? Talked with an old buddy about that late into the night last night. I think it has to do with developing awareness, working toward having qi unimpeded through all aspects of of existence. As we get better at doing this we get better at affecting the world around us...our actions become much more focused.
hmmmm...on that note....time to go do some meditation and qigong
