Here is why NYU makes my head hurt:
My transfer meeting: "You mean you haven't filled out a Transfer Application(TM)?"
"No, I thought that's why I was meeting with you."
"Well, go up to the 8th floor and get one!"

"OH! You want to TRANSFER! You need to go to Steinhart on W 4th Street for that."

"That application is in the admissions office on Washington Square North."

~I fill it out and hand it in~
"Just so you know... this was due a month ago."
"But the website says it's not due 'till April 1st."
"Ohhh, that's external transfers."
"I seeee..."
So, HOPEFULLY they'll process my fucking application anyway. Add that to the fact that I just realized I barely have a high enough GPA to transfer (I've got a 3.0) and I have, like, 1 absence left before I fail Writing the Essay (THERE'S NO GOOD REASON TO ATTEND THAT CLASS! And you're only allowed 5 absences TOTAL, which I didn't realize, including the lecture, which is completely useless and at a really awkward time of day.)
Oh well. I'm working this weekend, which should be good. Gotta make that money. I'll also be going up to Long Island to visit my grandfather, and of course attending the SGNY OPEN CALL!
Fuckers better let me in...

I was looking for a few good pointers - I actually was kind of in a fight in4th grade - but the guy just punched me a bunch and I just kind of stood there a litte stunned that he was doing it - so I didnt want to use that strategy again - your new prof pic is cool - you look kind of like youre in the middle of a high volume cocaine deal, or selling lamborghinis (sp)
