On a more unfortunate note, I'm back in school. I do not want to be in school. I want to sleeeeeep. So it goes.
Thursday I reluctantly attended a party at Georgia State that turned out to be really cool. I met a girl there, and we... uhmmm... well, it's actually kinda hard to describe what we did, so I won't. But it was fun. And it reassured me that, yes, I am still capable of seducing people. Thank God. I needed that.
Friday I went and saw a midnight showing of The Goonies with a bunch of friends. Ended up seated next to my ex girlfriend and directly in front of the aforementioned girl I spent the night with. Aw-kward. Afterwards, met up with Twigtech, which provoked some fun reactions from my friends (You met him WHERE?!?!
) He turned out to be really cool. So hurrah.
Saturday hung out with friends, saw this animation... compilation... thing put together by Don Herzfeldt, got my nipple jewelery replaced (it was too long and getting caught on things and making me go OOH!), and saw Berliotz' Damnation of Faust, which was incredible. Props to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, their chorus, and the soloists.
Then yesterday was TRAVEL DAY! After an all-you-can-eat sushi lunch (at Ru San's... mmmm), hopped on a plane and met a cool artist girl who lives in Atlanta and goes to NYU. I'll call her tomorrow, I s'pose. Wow, my love life hasn't been this active in months...
And now I have to attend class. Sadness.
