1. christmas bells are ringing. somewhere else. not here.
2. it's coming on christmas, we're cutting down trees, putting up reindeer, singing songs of joy and peace, I wish I had a river, I could skate away on.
3. I still need to finish the list of stuff to do before I die. hopefully, this will happen more in advance than the day before I do.
4. I started this year living with someone who called me a stupid whore for fun. I ended this year with someone who calls me insipid heartfelt sometimes silly and altogether adorable things other than that. I'm hoping this is karma's version of a lovely giftbasket.
5. my sweetie is rockin. no fucking way around it.
6. my exboyfriends need their own small island community somewhere in the south seas.
7. gift certificates, while being infinetely more practical than shitty gifts, somehow lack the whole intent thing. (I thought of you and something thin plastic and disposable sprang to mind? ouch.)
