none of it surprised me. even when it got ridiculous. though this was not the case on the other end, despite my warnings.

on a lighter note, anyone see SNL this past weekend? i hadn't seen it in a hella long time, but man, it was fun! jack black hosted and the strokes were the musical act. mr. black was brilliant---there were some incredible skits, i.e. the new version of the "happy birthday song!!" that rocked! if you didn't see it, i can't even begin to synopsize, but it was dark, random, outlandish and completely hilarious!
also, i have to admit, those strokes lads ROCKED!! i haven't seen a "new" band that really moved me (they are always such cheese or bad talent), but damn....i was mighty impressed. of course they played their "hit" song 'last night' (which is not bad at all), but the second song they played was phenomenal. what a tight band. great guitar. and the lead singer/baby boy (is he even 18?!) was sooo good, great voice, and so scruffy and sexy. these guys could be...hmmm....
finally, i just want to say....xiofhdjkdfnjkghfuiogt!!!! i'm so burned at my younger kitty! he keeps crapping in my living room!! and he has the stinkiest stinks you ever stanked! ugh!

Life has a distinct, acute, and somewhat nasty tendancy to be tremendously unfair. I would chalk this up as an example. (I love adjectives.) All offers still stand. We're going to be neighbors, so it's all good.
