Coming up this September, it'll be three years since my heart attack. It's been a tough three years. I've been in the hospital twice since then, got laid off after being at Sony for 11 years, stopped talking to my ex who was the closest thing I've ever had to a soul mate and fought overwhelming feelings of loneliness. Still, I know i'm fortunate to wake up every day no matter what has happened in the past. I have a handful of great friends and family that are my constant source of love and support. Life...wow.
