I've been pondering life lately...is it going to get any better or is this as good as it gets? I guess I should be thankful for what I have. Bah Humbug!

We all through moments like that... there are also those terror stricken moments of "oh god, this is all too good so something bad is going to happen to destroy it all, won't there?"

It helps to learn to live more in the moment. It keeps your head more settled.
