Rawr! I am offically a year older. 33. Though some days I feel 43 and others 23. With some moments of 13. I guess that's what life is all about.
So, I am trying to move into the modern world.. Bought a new router.. wireless. OoOoo En like most things computer related. I'm clueless. I do know though, that when anyone tries to play with my computer and laptop to get things to work, they just make it worse.. So, I have to spend even longer to fix it. Yesterday was one of those days.. bad enough as a birthday it started out on the suck. But, ended pretty good.
As you can tell, I got my internet working again. Don't ask what I did, I don't know.. I just keep playing with things until they work right. Sort of like most of my projects I do.
How my b-day went.. slept in ( good ).. sewer liner was blocked again by roots ( bad ) head out to home depo to rent a snake for cleaning it out ( bad ) grab the wrong set of keys and lock myself out of the house ( bad ) waited for my father to show up and unlock the door. ( boring and it was cold in the morning ) finally get things under way, clear out the line. Which took all of a few minutes. Return the snake, eat lunch, talked to my oldest sister. Some friends called. One headed over and tried to hook up my wireless router ( fail ) Headed over to another friends house to watch boxing and inhale that stuff. ( really good ) boxing was boring, headed home and watched The Dark knight. I thought it was pretty good..
There's my b-day for you..
Not much different than any other day really.

build my garden box, thinking 12' x 4'
replace sewer pipes
new front door
figure out something to do for my computer room.

They never are that much different, nowadays all my friends are too busy to do much for birthdays. New router is good though. Funny, I'm expecting a new external hard drive and a backup power supply, and I'm super excited about it. Hardware.
