This is rare. Two posts in one month. A real one no less! Call me bored, I guess it's the effect of having beat Fallout 3 so quickly. All my friends work during the week when I get Wed. off. And, always being up early I run out of things to do before the day is up.
What have I been up too? Well, other than trying to skate by with this economy going to hell. It's been hurting my sales and this year won't be as pretty as years past. Not a problem though, I rarely focus my life around money. It's just fun to have. = )
I have met some new friends. Mostly in the table top gaming community. Several have become good friends. Others, are just too geeky for me to handle. It's kind of nice getting back into playing again. My creativity has been dormant for too long. I even sat down with a couple friends and worked out a new home brew system for us to play. Something that's easy and focuses more on the role playing side of the game as opposed to just sitting there having a storyteller asking you.. " so, what are you doing? they attack you.. " Can you say boring? I can.. that's why the Saturday game I am playing in.. Is soon to be over thrown and I'll be running the new toy we came up with.
My koi pond is doing well. I lost one koi and a couple goldfish over the summer. Not sure what from. But the rest are doing well. Having trouble building in a rigged heater though. Bought a spa heater and installed it. Only problem is the water flows through it too fast. Need a slower pump! Lot's of work. = / It's worth it though to keep the fishies pretty and happy. My big Pacu is BIG easily 15 pounds of jaw crushing awesomeness. The little Pacu is about half his size now.. I may have to build a pond for just the two of them!
Cleaning up the back yard. I am nearly finished with the side and once that is done. I'm going build a garden box to put there. I am tired of paying so much money for veggies when I can grow my own. I need to steal back the aero garden I bought for my friend and his wife last Christmas.. They aint using it.. bastards.
I guess that's about it.. still playing disc golf.. being lazy when it's hot. The weather now is perfect. And, bitching about all the bills that never stop coming in.. Silly world.. It needs to hurry up and end. So, I can get my cave a harem and someone else to do all the cooking, cleaning and stuff.
