I played soccer for roughly 3 hours today. Then went to band practice and played drums for 2 hours. We are getting pretty tight with our whole 8 songs. 3-4 shy of an album/set. I actually think that me working out as much as I do is paying off in terms of stamina. We have some pretty fast fucking songs and beforehand I use to tire very quickly but now, I don't break a sweat! In the process of all this somewhere I pulled my ass muscle. Well my right ass muscle. It hurts very badly. It hurts most when I walk. So this is the part where I take applications for a nice ass massage. Any takers?

Speaking of asses, I really have to be more cognisant of how I act when downing large quantities of alcohol......
