I haven't slept in the last two days. I just sit in bed and stare at the red luminescint numbers on my alarm clock until it makes its annoying tone. It's like Im on large amounts of caffiene but I didn't have anything caffienated. Someone at work jokingly suggested I start using Ambien. Ug. I hate when shit like this affects how I work.
Someone else said it's the mind's way of saying I have emotional burdens which may be a piece of this puzzle. But these spells have plagued me for quite some time. Granted the last few months have been nothing but short of an emotional roller coaster with me strapped to the fucking front. I think I hear the wine calling me....
