Ended going to two of three new year gatherings 
Popped up to the little gathering of black first, basically spent the new years with them, and it literally ended 15 minutes after midnight. Yaz gets up and ends it.
. I love the girl but that to me is a little bizzare, I would have liked to chill out a little longer, but O.K. Anyway Kylie (whom I love and adore, even if she hadn't done this, but particularly because this was unasked 
) drove me to Kew East and the other party (mexican fiesta new year's party) and I arrived there just in time, to see a recently mothered couple and catch up with them only for a short time, but long enough to have a catch up chat. Anyway around 1 am it's down to me, Nic and Nai (Host couple), Deb and Paul (another couple), and Nic pulls out the Mezcal.
Hate tequilla, love mezcal (I know tequilla meant to be a particular type of Mezacal, but tequilla taste like what I imagine petrol would taste like, where as Mezcal is like tasting beautiful liquid smoke )
Anyway ten minutes later, we've all had, four shots of mezcal (two double shot mezcal slammers), one shot of really average sake and about 2.5 shots of mint vodka, on top of what all of us have been drinking. The next half hour involves everyone trying to physically pick up (not in that sense of the word) everyone else in the kitchen, before the girls decide that 7.5 shots in less than ten minutes (all sculled) might not have been the best idea and spent the rest of the night bringing them back up again.
Fucking love that stuff.
Anyway the rest of the group eventually pike particularly the girls, Nic and I continue the tradition we have whenever we spend new years together as a group, which as the elder statesmen of the group we stay up until the real dawn hits. The next day we were meant to be playing poker again, what we didn't realise is the nitwit wanted people to be at his house by 2pm
. Just not going to happen on New Years day, he called up and Naomi politely pointed out how riduclious this idea was particularly due to the fact that pretty much most everyone left in the house was at least mildly hungover. No one turned up, but Nic, Nai and I drove down to Brunswick Street and grabbed souvlaki. and icecream and I was meant to meet people and go to an electronica gig but as it turned out the girl who organised it went through half a bottle of shitty japanese vodka that knocked her for six so after about two hours of bullshiting around and trying to find someone else to go with New Years reached its end.
All in all it wasn't too bad at all.

Mum once thought that my sister was a lesbian as it took her "so long" to get a bf. So she was saying how glad that my sisters straight and all this to me.
I miss exercising when I havnt dont it in a while. I usually realise it the most when I get back into it. Its then that I notice how good it can make me feel.
