Today is curl up on the couch day thanks to a lovely visit from chronic asthma and chest pains. Joy!!! Doctors visit revealed three new types of drugs, and $160 on the credit card. All this AND shortness of breath.

But there is a plus side, I get to sip warm tea, eat vege burgers lovingly home delivered by my husband, and surf the net. I even created a polyvore of what I would be wearing if it were all vegan. Damn you ugh boots and your torture derived comfort, why cant you create a line that is cruelty free? Better yet, go totally cruelty free.

Winter really is here. The rain is pelting on the window, the doors are rattling and the dog doesnt want to know about going outside.

Ive been visiting deviantart.com today, Ive been a member there for over 7 years. Today looking back through artists Ive watched start from the ground up and really flourish. Young artists Ive seen grow into and break free from their own creative shells. Not-so-young artists pick up a new medium and really hit the ground running with it, and then turn pro. Sometimes I feel like Im standing still while everyone is running the race.

Then I sit back and see that it can be just as nice to sit on the sideline and cheer them on. There are so many people doing brilliant things. Lots of people repeating the same old stuff too, but there are gems there.
