I've spent the last two years planning my escape from Calgary, aching for a path, waiting for my feet to land, send me running to find myself.
I realise now that in spending my energy yearning for change, I've found solitidy. I know now what roots are and how even when we don't mean to we put them down.
I still want for change, but I'm also happy where I am.
Looking forward to seeing what the year will bring.

When I left Calgary I couldn't wait to leave. I was so done with the city. Now 8 years later, all I want to do is come back

YAY! I don't have to feel guilty. Not that I did. I spent the day getting ahead on the reading hahah. Probably did more on my own than we did in class.
