Since I wat to post this in an arena that doesn't have all that many of my college friends in it, I thought this would be a great place.
I am getting extremely pissed of at ultimate practice, recently. Yesterday and last week Monday, I came home upset and ready to quit. This is a huge deal, since I started the group 2.5 years ago, am the president, co-captian and trip coordinator. We played a tourney this past Saturday in Bowling Green, OH and did fair (3-2). Given that last night was supposed to be a clinic night...but since no new people showed up, we just played. I really wish that next week wasn't break so I could yell at the guys.
The problem really arises because we play indoors during the winter. Inside there is no wind and throws that wouldn't be thrown outside fly extremely well indoors. About half the guys don't seem to understand that just because it works indoors, doesn't mean that it should be thrown. Also, we tried running some zone d (3-3-1) and the deep guy didn't stay deep and came in.
I'm really torn about the situation, because it has been a large part of my life for the past couple of years and I'm not really sure what I would do to fill the time.
If anybody actually reads this, could you please give me some suggestions
