I've also had a few things happen in my personal life which have left me no time to myself, including my lovely neighbour Julie passing away from cancer a few weeks back....

I could have done with a day at the pool today. It was pretty warm here today. But i made do with a walk in the woods with the poochies, an ice cold bottle of water and a book.
