*3 car garage
*Living/Dining/Den
*2 Females with 2 small children
*Smoking ok outside and sometimes inside. (When doors and windows are open and kids are gone)
*People over are welcome, "partys" ok on weekends (this will be your house too. you have as much right as we do. Just remember, there are children living here. no drug use)
*FULL house privlages, LAUNDRY ROOM IN GARAGE
*HUGE backyard with dog (kid and all people friendly)
*Community spas, pools, rec room, gym, tennis courts, vollyball, baseball
*Right off 15 Freeway
*HORSE THEIF CANYON*
$650 month plus 1/3-1/4th utilities
Need roommate by 7/1

Just my luck eh, i'm a guy, i live in the wrong city and state, and I'm not even looking to move.
Maybe next time eh? lol I can't even point people to ya cuz I don't know anyone over there.
