Every day it seems like I get a little bit more depressed and I know that it isn't the whole SG soap opera. I am absolutely positive it has everything to do with no one hiring me and not being in socal. My unit in diego is going to put me in this program for guard members where they fly you out to drill quarterly so hopefully, that will happen soon and I'll be able to take an all expenses paid mini vaca out to Long beach. L.A. is better than nothing and I can rent a car and go see my cousin in oceanside on the weekends. PLUS, i'll make active duty pay for a couple of weeks. that, would be incredibly helpful...seeing how I can't pay any damn bills. If this crap keeps up, I may just file a complaint or two with the labor board against the individuals who wouldn't hire me regardless of the hassle.
I have applied for over 200 jobs since I got here. I really don't understand what the hell the problem is. Out of 200 jobs, Ive had probably less than 20 interviews and several of those didn't want to hire me because i'm military. THIS IS A MILITARY TOWN, FUKKTARDS!!
well, at least this weekend my big kahuna is getting colored in. hopefully that will make me feel a little better...in a strange sort of way. it is about all I get to do right now since money is well, not even tight...I's got none. my human pet is payin for it and i only got it cuz my dad wanted to get tattoos done together. otherwise, I would have had to wait till I found a job...which is not looking so good. it' s pretty damn discouraging when you count your sent emails and tracking sheets and see that you've applied for well over 200 positions....
