Had a random moment Friday night in a car with a couple friends. The song "World In My Eyes" by Depeche Mode came on, and suddenly we all shared a collective sigh and moment of sexual frustration, b/c man, that song is HOT! So anyways, I was thinking of music that gets me in the mood and came up with a little list... and I'd love to hear more so c'mon everybody, share some of your own examples!
*Type O Negative - esp. Bloody Kisses and October Rust. Let's face it, it's no coincidence their first album was called Slow, Deep And Hard.
*Massive Attack - Mezzanine. Hypnotic, relaxing, but gives you the irresistible urge to do some grinding.
*My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult - 13 Above The Night. Nothin but slow, sleazy grooves.
*Beck - Midnite Vultures. This is one fun, energetic, and strangly alluring album. Better yet, once you experience it in the bedroom, you'll never be the same.
*PIG - anything. This is for when you wanna kick it up a notch.
*Leonard Cohen - esp. The Future, and Ten New Songs. Then there's the classics like "If It Be Your Will" and "I'm Your Man"...
*U2 - "If You Wear That Velvet Dress" from Pop. I don't normally find U2's music to be a huge turn on (though Bono does have some super sexy moves) but this is just one of those songs that makes you wanna hump someone. Now!
