Just when I promised myself that I`d be writting more regularly in this log my PC is gone. It ceased to exist. It is an ex-PC... blah...
Great way to start '05. Anyway, here in Brazil New Year's Eve is a big deal, and here in Rio it's even bigger.They have this huge fireworks thing in Copacabana beach and there are hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world who go there to see it. It's quite nice, but I'm kind of done with it. What happens is that most of my friends can't take it anymore either, so we threw this monster party in a friend's beach house. The good thing about the house was that it was about 2 hours away from Rio, but if you looked straight ahead from the beach we could see Copacabana and all that fireworks stuff.
What nobody thought about was what could/would happen if you gather about 50 junkies that drank 35 crates of beer (that would be 840 beer bottles, or 638,4L) in less than 2 days. This beer crates were supposed to last at least 3 days. THere were also 10 bottles of cheap vodka and 5 bottles of cachaa... but I don't remember getting close to one of those though. There were also loads of pot and pills and stuff... All that I can say is that it was fuckin' hillarious!! We had a friend to take his DJaying equipment and some of us took turns on it, playing mostly punk rock, psycho and rockabilly.
The Party started at the 30th afternoon and was over by the afternoon of January 2nd. At some point around 8:00am everyone was still at full charge dancing and drinking... This was for sure one of the best parties I've ever been to. It's a shame I don't remember much of it...
