So I'm still waiting on the house. the only thing holding it up is the fines by the HOA. There is an 11K lien against the house. The seller (bank) has an attorney trying to lower the fine. The escrow company told my Realtor this is their top file right now and their vice-president is working to get this done. There was supposed to be a conference call today, so hopefully I'll have an answer tomorrow.
