I now have more motivation to find a new house. Ive been kicking around the idea of buying a house. Well i received a call today from the real estate company that i rent my house from. The owner of the house called saying that the house will be going into foreclosure. I thought i would be safe, i thought i was paying the mortgage but guess not. Anyways, i told the realtor i was interested in buying so we are going to go look at houses Monday.
